It's getting hot in there. Farm Bruch with a hot sauce that has been fermenting for 16 months! September 2024 we took home grown veggies: Basket of peppers, jalapeno, and sriracha peppers, garlic, carrot, beats, bell peppers...(And store bought onions... clutch the pearls, 😩)... submerged in home made apple cider vinegar and waited, and waited, and waited. Almost a year and a half later... HOT SAUCE!

It’s been a few hours and you’re greatly missed.
Our oldest and most travelled alpaca member. Chip was a character, also a protector of Casper (the third youngest)
While he could be ornary (at times, who isn’t?) Chip was also sweet and had a role on the farm that will be very difficult to fill. There was only one Chip. Potato Chip, Chip Dip, Chipper, Chipper Dipper, Chiparoo, Chips Ahoy 😢
